Appointments are necessary when coming to visit us. Please note that even though we do take your measurements, the dresses are not custom made. We order the closest size we can to your measurements based on the designer’s size chart. We are not responsible for dye lot variations.

For bridal gowns please allow 6 to 8 months for delivery. For bridesmaid dresses please allow 4 to 5 months for delivery. For Mother Of Bride/Groom dresses, please allow 4 to 5 months for delivery.

There are additional fees for the following: Any dresses size 18 or over, extra length or fabric, and rush services. Once the dress leaves our store, we are not held responsible.
