GUEST LIMIT

To help us adhere to government guidelines, we will limit the number of guests you are allowed to bring to an appointment. For Bridal appointments, you can bring up to 2 guests, for Bridesmaids appointments you can bring up to 2 guests, and for Mother Of appointments you can bring up to 1 guest. We understand how important and special finding your dress is and we want to ensure everyone special can attend, therefore we encourage you to video call with anyone who is unable to attend!

MUST-HAVES

Everyone in the store, including staff, all customers and guests, will be required to wear a mask. You are required to bring your own mask with you upon your appointment. Customers and guests that choose not to wear a mask will not be allowed in the store and will be asked to reschedule their apportionment. During this time, you MUST have an appointment! We are NOT accepting ANY walk-in appointments at this time!

WHAT WE ARE DOING

We are staggering our appointment times to abide by social distance recommendations and will allow 30 minutes between appointments to clean and sanitize fitting rooms, sitting areas, all surfaces, and gowns. Additionally, due to these changes, we will be requiring a $100 appointment deposit fee for ALL bridal appointments as of 6/10/20. Credit card information will be required upon appointment confirmation. There is still no charge for appointments; only guests who do not show up for their appointments or do not cancel within 24 hours will be charged. This policy ensures that we can accommodate all brides seeking appointments while maintaining appropriate social distancing.  We have also installed touch-less hand sanitizer stations around our store that ALL customers are required to use upon entering the store. Upon arrival, all guests will be subject to a non-contact temperature check and COVID-19 screening questionnaire.

NO NO'S

Children may not attend appointments. If you or your guest are not feeling well, have been around anyone who has been sick, or recently traveled, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment. Customers are asked to not browse through the racks without a consultant at this time.
